Milton Adult Day Services, a service of Alzheimer's and Dementia Services of Northern Indiana, provides a structured setting to adults who need health, social, and support services during the day. This community-based service is designed to meet the individual needs of functionally impaired adults who require supervision during the day.
The American Cancer Society is the nationwide, community-based, voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem by preventing cancer, saving lives, and diminishing suffering from cancer, through research, education, advocacy, and service.
The American Red Cross prevents and alleviates human suffering in the face of emergencies by mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors. Established in 1978, Center for Hospice Care is an independent, community based, not-for-profit organization, improving the quality of living through hospice, home health, grief counseling, and community education. Mission: To improve the quality of living. Vision: To be the premiere hospice and palliative care organization for all end-of-life issues.
Several hundred ambassadors currently volunteer in many services, providing exceptional experiences for those we serve. Opportunities to greet, escort, direct, bake for, rock, read to and love our patients await those with generous hearts.
Memorial Hospital of South Bend is a community-owned, not-for-profit corporation based in South Bend, Indiana. It is governed by volunteer representatives of the community guided by a mission to improve the quality of life for the people of our community.
Memorial Epworth Center and Epworth Hospital make up the inpatient psychiatric care division of Memorial Hospital of South Bend. At Memorial Epworth Center and Epworth Hospital, we have combined the leadership support from Memorial Hospital with specially trained behavioral health specialists to build the leading community resource for inpatient mental health care in the region.
